Fleet Maintenance Operations Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services

The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals under solicitation number 274-7235-114 for qualified automotive and equipment service providers to manage the maintenance, repair, and ongoing operation of its diverse fleet. The scope of work covers heavy, medium, and light duty vehicles, as well as specialized equipment including excavators, tractors, street sweepers, refuse trucks, and soft dig trucks. Required services encompass OEM preventative maintenance, oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and the diagnosis and repair of critical systems such as engines, hydraulics, brakes, and transmissions. Additionally, contractors must comply with the Iran Divestment Act, the Israel Boycott certification, and Raleigh City Code section 4-1004. The City retains the right to audit records for three years following the termination of the contract.
