THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. This is NOT a Request for Quotation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. The purpose of this Source Sought Synopsis is to seek out interested businesses capable of fulfilling this service requirement. 


Expeditionary Contracting Platoon, Okinawa is performing market research to determine available sources that can provide: A minimum of 9 Floodlights with fuel (maximum of 15 floodlight with fuel). The Period of performance will be 9/11/2026 (1600-1800) - 9/28/2026  Guam standard time. (approximately 12 hour operations for fueling) Start date is estimate on what capable sources can be provided.


The applicable NAICS code is 532490 – Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing 


In addition, interested vendors shall provide the following information:


  1. Is your business a small business under this NAICS code? (NAICS must be listed under your SAM.gov registration)
  2. Refer to the attached draft Performance Work Statement and respond base on the ability to provide those technical requirements.
  3. Are the services available under a GSA/FSS contract? If so, please provide the contract number.
  4. Cage code and DUNS number. Cage code and DUNS number must be registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov)
