The Pierce County Jail and Remann Hall facilities both have fully equipped functional kitchens. The successful Proposer will provide food service to both facilities using contracted staff only at Remann Hall and contract staff and inmate workers at the Jail , with food prepared in each facility to feed their respective populations. Services will include, but are not limited to: Operating the food service program in an ethical and humane manner with respect to the rights of those provided food services. Providing daily food service to include breakfast, lunch, and dinner at both facilities. Develop ing and implement ing a food service plan with clear objectives , policies, and procedures. Operati ng a kitchen using only properly licensed, certified, and permitted food service professionals. Maintaining an open and cooperative relationship with the administration and staff of both locations. Providing food for correctional staff by contractor staff in a separate kitchen The Pierce County Jail and Remann Hall operate 24 hours a day/365 days a year.
