The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Mission Area, is finalizing its acquisition approach for a forthcoming requirement that will provide end‑to‑end management and delivery of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Desk (SD) services. This effort includes full lifecycle handling of Service Requests (SRs), Incident Management, and support to Problem Management strategies and activities.
The anticipated requirement will support FPAC Information Solutions Division (ISD) operations by providing expertise across asset management, change management, release management, configuration management, and continuity management. Support activities will enable FPAC ISD to monitor and perform IT operations, infrastructure, and maintenance on active, complex IT environments that deliver programs across FPAC mission delivery agencies.
The forthcoming solicitation will include support for:
