Full Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD Contracting Center of Excellence on behalf of the Office of The Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Installations and Environment (ODUSD(I&E)) in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract under other than full and open competition sole source basis to UNISYS CORPORATION. This requirement is to convert the Facility Assessment Database (FAD) to a DoD Net-Centric data warehouse to significantly enhance asset Real Property Inv entory (RPI) accountability and valuation and data management. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to the requirement by providing written notification to the point of contact (POC) no later that Monday, 07 April 2008 @ 10:00am EST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the capabilities of the requirement as poste d on CCE website: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/rfp/rfp_1.asp under HQ0003-8032-0001-000, FPRS Requirement - Conversion of FAD to RPAD (DoD Net-Centric Data Warehouse).
