Texas A&M University issued Request for Proposal TAMU-RFP-26-4930 to secure a qualified vendor for the turn-key production and management of a festival celebrating the university's 150th Anniversary. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide end-to-end event execution, including all logistics, staffing, equipment, and on-site management at the College Station, Texas campus. The contract was awarded to HighBridge Events on April 2, 2026, for a total value of $572,310.00. A critical requirement for this solicitation was the submission of a HUB Subcontracting Plan, as the project was designated as a HUB set-aside. Compliance with this plan was a mandatory pass/fail criterion, with failure to provide a compliant plan resulting in automatic disqualification. The procurement process included a virtual pre-proposal meeting on January 14, 2026, and a final submission deadline of February 20, 2026. Patricia Winkler served as the primary point of contact for the agency.
