This is a new requirement to procure office furniture and install it across three rooms on Schriever Space Force Base. Important details listed below, but please see the Solicitation Document for FULL instructions and details. 


Site Visit: 8 April 2026 at 9:00 AM MT. You must notify BOTH the listed points of contact on this solicitation no later than 7 April 2026 at 10:00 AM MT that you or a representative of your company will be attending and/or need access to base. 


RFIs/Questions: Due no later than 13 April 2026 by 10:00 AM MT. 


Solicitation Quotes: Due no later than 20 April 2026 by 10:00 AM MT. 


Nonmanufacturer Rule: The manufacturer the vendor resells/deals the product for, the vendor shall provide the manufacturer's company name and manufacturer's UEI/CAGE code. Failure to meet the nonmanufacturer rule may result in the vendor being deemed ineligible for contract award. (Page 19, point f). 


The contractor must be a small business. The manufacturer, if one is utilized, must also be a small business


Please refer to page 18-22 for instructions on what your quotes should contain. Refer to page 21 for basis of awrd and how quotes will be evaluated. Additionally, refer to all provided attachments within this solicitation. 


Amendment 0001 - Provide an updated Statement of Work with incorrect verbiage removed from it. Old verbiage spoke to the Office Workplace Furniture (OWF), which is not being utilized within this requirement. 


Amendment 0002 - Provide a quote due date extension by 7 calendar days due to the delay in RFI response. New Due Date is 27 April 2026 at 10:00 AM MT. 


Amendment 0003 - Provide a quote due date extension by 9 calendar days due to the delay in RFI response. New Due Date is 6 May 2026 at 10:00 AM MT. 


Amendment 0004 - Provide a quote due date extension by 9 calendar days due to the delay in RFI response. New Due Date is 15 May 2026 at 10:00 AM MT. Provide the following attachments: Attachment 1 - SOW_2NWS MOD 1 Furntiture_Rev2, Attachment 5 - 2NWS_Furniture_RFIs_Final, Attachment 6 - CAD Drawings.  Lastly, incorporate FAR Clause 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026).


Amendment 0005 - Correct attachment 6 from a PDF of the CAD drawing to the AutoCAD drawing. 


Amendment 0006 - Provide an updated Statement of Work with recent changes and an extension to the quote due date by 11 Calendar days. New quote date is 26 May 2026 at 10:00 MT. The statement of work changes are on 2.1.4 Room 12 and correction on Overhead cabinets listd on Page 5 for room 14. 


Amendment 0007 - Provide the AutoCad.dwg (Attachment 7 - MOD 1 Plan.dwg). Due to the file type, this cannot be added into SAM.gov. In order to receive this atachment, please request from the POCs listed via email.


Amendment 0008 - Provide a due date extension by 3 Calendar days. New quote due date is on 29 May 2026 at 10:00 AM MT.
