The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Three Rivers, is issuing Request for Quotations No. 15B51626Q00000016 for fresh bread products.

This acquisition is being conducted using the simplified procedures for commercial products under Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, including RFO 12.201-1.


This acquisition is a 100 percent total small business set-aside under RFO 19.104-1. Quotations will only be considered from concerns that qualify as small businesses under the applicable NAICS code.

REQUIREMENT


The contractor shall provide the following fresh bread products:


CLIN 0001: Fresh wheat hot dog rolls – 30,000 each
CLIN 0002: Fresh whole-wheat hamburger rolls – 45,000 each
CLIN 0003: Fresh sliced whole-wheat bread – 110,000 each


All products must comply with the specifications contained in the attached solicitation. Fresh bread products must be delivered within 48 hours after baking.


DELIVERY


Deliveries shall be made weekly on Wednesdays between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., beginning August 12, 2026, and continuing through September 30, 2026, to:
