FY26-OCTVME-RFTOB Camcorder equipment (DCSS)

The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Office of Cable Television, Film, Music and Entertainment, is soliciting bids for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide two professional, broadcast quality 4K field camcorder packages. The required equipment includes Sony PXW-Z750 shoulder mount camcorders, Fujinon telephoto lenses, Sony viewfinders, tripod adapters, servo control kits, and Anton Bauer batteries and adapters. The equipment must be compatible with Sony SxS memory cards and Anton Bauer power supplies to integrate with current Electronic News Gathering operations. Delivery is to be made to the office located at 1899 9th Street NE, Washington, DC. This solicitation is set aside for DC Supply Schedule contractors under the Information Technology, Equipment and Software category. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who submits a signed cover page, a current DCSS contract, a completed bidder certification form, and a price schedule covering all line items from the base year through option year three. The period of performance extends from the date of award through September 30, 2026, with payment terms set at net 30 days.
