Requirement: The Joint Task Force, National Capital Region, Military District of Washington (JTFNCR/MDW) requires contractor support to provide tents to be used as medical aid stations, holding areas, and troop warming/cooling stations for Presidential State Funerals, Inaugurations, and other events across the National Capital Region (NCR).
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to deliver, set-up, maintain, and recover tents and associated equipment on a shortnotice basis. The anticipating acquisition method for this requirement is a single award Seven (7) years order period Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Tents must be free-standing and equipped with opaque side walls, protective flooring, lighting, power generation (quiet generators), and heating/cooling. The contractor must be able to perform on as little as 36 hours' notice, seven days a week, and during nighttime hours if required. Contractor personnel will be required to pass a background check for security purposes.
