Garrison Project - Refuse Removal

This is a firm fixed-price, performance-based service contract for refuse collection and disposal at multiple U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facilities in Riverdale, North Dakota, including Downstream Campground, Douglas Creek Campground, Wolf Creek Campground, Government Bay Boat Ramp, East Totten Trail Campground, the Power Plant, Maintenance Shop, and Administration Building. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, transportation, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform weekly refuse removal from designated dumpster locations, with service occurring seasonally from May through September for campgrounds and year-round from May through April for government buildings. The work requires the use of six 4-yard and one 8-yard dumpster per campground, all of which must be uniformly colored, equipped with plastic or rubber lids, freshly painted, and cleaned annually.
