The contract seeks a small business to provide preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for 16 emergency generators and 16 automatic transfer switches across three NIST facilities: the Boulder campus and Fort Collins Radio Station in Colorado, and the Kauai Radio Station in Hawaii. The work is structured with one mandatory base year and four optional one-year extension periods, with performance requirements tied to manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and NIST-specific safety and security protocols established in the NIST Boulder General Contractor Requirements – Rev C.
