Full Description

The intent of this solicitation is to establish a multi-year management contract with an experienced awarded contractor to provide, operate, and manage services for all aspects of food and beverage, including rental amenities and on-course beverage cart service. This will encompass the sports-themed restaurants, on-course sales and services, private meeting room, banquet and event spaces including covered patio and open-air seating. It is expected that the contractor will operate all of these areas at Texas Rangers Golf Club (Home Plate Restaurant & Patio) and Tierra Verde Golf Club (Ventana Grille) in a positive net revenue position for the City. The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this RFP electronically. If submitting a paper proposal, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late proposals will not be accepted.
