The Government hereby releases its consolidated answers to industry questions received through May 8, 2026 in support of the Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Army Ammunition Plant (AAP) Design, Build, and Commissioning Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). Please note that the Government’s consolidated responses are grouped and color-coded by their original Question & Answer dates of release. As these consolidated responses have spanned across multiple pre-solicitation releases, these responses to Industry’s questions may have evolved throughout the progression of the pre-solicitation process.
Anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) release: The Government anticipates the formal RFP will be released in May 2026.
Solicitation number change: Please note the official solicitation number for this effort has changed to W519TC-26-R-A020. Due to a Government transition to a new contract writing system and SAM.gov posting limitations, this notice supersedes and replaces all previous pre-solicitation releases that referenced the legacy RFP number W519TC-25-R-0026 (including related SAM.gov iterations W519TC25R0026, W519TC_25_R_0026, and W519TC_25_R0026).
