Governmental Relations

The Texas State University System is soliciting qualified vendors to provide state and federal governmental relations support under solicitation 758-26-00094. The contract is structured with a base year ending July 31, 2028, and optional extensions through July 31, 2033. The total contract value is capped at 2,000,000 dollars, with awards based on a best-value trade-off approach. Evaluation is weighted by proposed pricing (30%), project approach (30%), project team qualifications (25%), and vendor experience (15%). Submissions must include one bound paper copy and a labeled USB flash drive containing a full PDF proposal, a PDF version without pricing, and an editable Word document of any redlined appendices. The agreement includes automatic renewal options for two additional two-year terms unless a 30-day non-renewal notice is provided.
