Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for the rental of one (1) 800 cfm Air Compressor and one (1) 930 cfm minimum Regenerative Air Dryer Unit. The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.


The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Total Small Businesses only. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 532490. The small business size standard is 1400. The Product Service Code is W043.
