AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2022-04-09 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the provision of annual ground and simulator training for RCMP Pilatus PC-12 NG (Next Generation) and Twin Otter DHC-6 pilots. Annual training is a Transport Canada requirement (CARS 604.143) ensuring pilots maintain a high level of safe competency. This competency is evaluated internally by RCMP Check pilots and a Certification of Proficiency is issued to complete the Transport Canada competency obligations. The statement of work is in accordance with the Air Services Fixed Wing Operations Manual (FWOM) section 6 Training and Proficiency Requirements.
