The contract encompasses full-service grounds maintenance for a 100-family military housing complex spread across three locations in Marin County, California: 227 South Oakwood in Novato, 525 Mesa Blvd in Bolinas, and 17000 Sir Francis Drake Blvd in Inverness. The Novato site includes a mix of apartments, single-family homes, and duplexes, requiring comprehensive landscape care, turf maintenance, debris removal, irrigation management, and seasonal landscaping services. The contract is designated as an AbilityOne set aside, ensuring priority consideration for nonprofit agencies employing individuals who are blind or have significant disabilities. In addition to grounds upkeep, the contractor will provide light to moderate janitorial services for five to eight designated office spaces across the sites, limited to daily operations during one work shift with minimal overnight occupancy by security personnel.
