The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will issue a solicitation for the acquisition of advanced social listening and digital monitoring services.


Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.  The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will launch the solicitation on www.SAM.gov, website when it is available.


The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.


The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.  The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract.


This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)


Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(s), offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals/offers.
