Verify leakage has stopped. Submit CFR. Caution Rudder stock movement with the inflatable seal inflated will damage the seal and cause a loss of its watertight function. Excessive water leakage around the rudder stock will occur resulting in possible flooding. Do not move the rudder stock while the inflatable seal is inflated. 3.5 System restoration. The Contractor must restore all affected equipment and systems to their normal operating condition after satisfactory completion of testing. Lubricate the rudder stock seal in accordance with paragraph 4-3.3 of CG Tech Pub 7007. NOTE Coast Guard personnel will operate all shipboard machinery and equipment. 3.6 Dock Trials.
