THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation EA-133C-17-RQ-0655 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (FKNMS) Research Vessels (R/V) R3902 AGASSIZ and R/V R3903 RACHEL CARSON, has a requirement for yardwork services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
