Prepare contract documents for M2 Special Project to repair chemical storage areas at the combat training pool, Bldg 202. Scope of work includes the following: Demo existing chemical storage and construct three separated storage cells. Each cell shall have adequate spill containment and mechanical ventilation. Install new emergency eye wash/ shower. Provide covered roof, roll up door to each storage cell, lights, receptacles, and light switch. Provide temporary piping for muriatic acid and bicarbonate injection into pool filter system during reconstruction of chemical storage. Occupancy sensors and high efficiency lighting fixtures will be incorporated into the facility. Adhesives, sealants, and paints meeting low-emitting materials standards will be used.
