Project repairs approximately 2,400 LF of distribution waterline located within the mid pressure zone at Camp Smith. Work includes but is not limited to replacing the existing 6-inch and 8-inch diameter cast iron waterline with polyethylene wrapped cement mortar-lined ductile iron pipe, adjusting the waterline align at the central stairs, replacing the pressure reducing valves and fire hydrants and reconnecting the water service laterals and restoring the pavement and/or landscape surface. Provide temporary environmental and traffic controls during construction. Areas affected by repair will follow applicable ASSHTO, ATFP, Fire Suppression, Seismic, Accessibility, ASHRAE, LEEDS, and Flood Plain codes and standards (as required) upon completion of the project.
