Project will provide required renovations at B80, Camp Smith to significantly increase the naval warfighting capabilities for FMFPAC/JFMCC as an all domain and fully-informed operational headquarters. Scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to restoration of the interior flooring, walls, and ceilings and electrical work required to accommodate a consolidated comms, info, and intel facility in B80. Areas affected by repair/construction will be in compliance with applicable ATFP, fire suppression, seismic, accessibility, ASHRAE, LEEDs, and flood plain codes and standards (as required) upon completion of the project
