Housing Rehabilitation Specialist

The City of Raleigh Housing and Community Development Department is soliciting proposals for a Housing Rehabilitation Specialist to provide consulting and project management services for both City-owned and homeowner-occupied single-family and multi-family rehabilitation projects. The selected firm will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including developing concise work specifications within 15 business days of assignment, managing preconstruction and bidding, and conducting construction monitoring and closeout.
