The Right Door Consulting & Solutions Incorporated Description of the Requirement: Polar Knowledge Canada is looking to foster excellence in people management by strengthening the overall labour relations capability and capacity, notably by increasing the support in the management of complex labour relations files and by upskilling managers and Human Resources (HR) professionals in managing employee relations issues. The Consultant(s) will work closely with the Director, People and Culture, the Legal Team (via the People and Culture team) and management for immediate and on an as and when required basis, to ensure compliance with labour laws, to improve employee relations, and to manage labour disputes effectively.
