This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under “Tier-1” and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following category:
Stream1.2 Organizational Design and Classification Consultant, (Senior) Level 3
The requirement is intended to result in the award of one to three (3) LEVEL 3 Organizational Design and Classification Consultants (1.2) on an “as and when requested” basis for an estimated level of effort of 29 days per year per resource for two years, however, it may vary if fewer than three resources are available, with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods.

Description of the Requirement:
The purpose of this Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requirement is to acquire the services of one to three (3) LEVEL 3 Organizational Design and Classification Consultants (Stream 1.2) on an “as and when requested” basis for an estimated level of effort of 29 days per year per resource for two years, however, it may vary if fewer than three resources are available, with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
Level of Security Requirement:
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: ERS RCMP Clearance is required, as per the SRCL of the Solicitation.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of contract award to two years, with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 29 days/ year/ resource.
