Description of the Requirement: The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) requires one Senior HR Consultant and one Intermediate HR Consultant to assist CDOS with their HR capacity needs. The Chief Digital Officer Sector (CDOS), is running several competitions during the course of the year and is currently reviewing some of the existing work descriptions along with human resource planning. CDOS has a requirement for the services of a Contractor to provide HR consultants who will provide subject-matter expertise and support related to the project.
