This procurement process covers 4 main types of services:
Standard psychometric assessments for all levels (current employees and candidates)
360 evaluations for leaders (current employees)
Aptitude and cognitive abilities assessments (in Basket, case studies) for leaders (current employees and candidates)
Interviews for leaders (current employees and candidates)
Although BDC would prefer to select a unique supplier, BDC understands that Bidder may have distinctive expertise in some specific area(s) and will consider a partial proposal for standard psychometric assessments (item 1 listed above) only. The other services (items 2-4 listed above) must be provided by the same supplier. BDC may decide, at its sole discretion, to award the contract to one or more bidders, based on such criteria.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
