The Director of Integration, Military Personnel Generation Group (MPGG), was tasked to innovate recruitment methods and to reverse the decline of applications to the CAF as well as to integrate the multitude of recruitment efforts taking place within Military Personnel Command (MPC) and beyond. More specifically, the directorate mandate is the integration the numerous recruiting modernization / transformation and training modernization efforts across not only MPGG and MPC but also across the broader DND organization. To meet the objectives, the (MPGG) requires a contractor to perform a current-state review of initiatives and develop an integrated modernization strategy for the next 1-3 years. The D of I and staff, as the PMO function and will work closely with key stakeholder to ensure strategic alignment of the overall strategy, vision and overall roadmap.
