Public Services and Procurement Canada’s Human Capital Management Portfolio requires third-party independent benchmarking and assurance services to support various HR and pay projects on an “as and when requested” basis, initiated through a Task Authorization (TA). This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS. NOTE: The Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply is subject to quarterly refresh cycles.
