North Meridian Center (NMC) Rooftop Air handler Unit Project Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana, will receive bids from contractors for the NMC Rooftop Air handler Unit project located at the North Meridian Center (NMC) building on the Indianapolis Campus 50 W Fall Creek Pkwy N Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46208. The Owner intends to enter into one contract with the Contractor that submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid and who will be fully responsible for coordination of all required work between all trades. Summary Project Description: The proposed scope includes the removal and replacement of one of the Rooftop Air handler Unit at the North Meridian Center building. The scope is for a one-for-one replacement of roof top unit, rigging, connecting to existing ductwork and piping, new controls to be integrated into existing BAS, testing and balancing, commissioning, minor structural adjustments and roofing repairs as required. Required Pre-bid/ Walkthrough- 10/19/2026 at 3:00 PM local standard time- Meet at project site lobby. Bidder Questions Due:10/19/2026 by 5PM local standard time Addendum 001 Available on: 10/23/2026 by 5PM local standard time Bid Due Date: 10/27/2026, before 1PM local standard time Virtual Bid Opening: (same day) 10/27/2026. at 2PM local standard time via Teams Link Bids May Not Be Withdrawn Until: 120 days after due date All bidders are required to furnish Bid Security in the amount of ten (10%) of the base bid. All prices shall be free of all Federal Excise Taxes and State Sales Tax. The bid forms, Form 96, and other required documents related to the bid must be completed, signed and notarized where indicated. The owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid. Bids to shall remain firm for 120 days from date of Bid Opening.
