Installation of Roof Anti- Climb Fences at Gordon A. Brown MS

The Toronto District School Board is soliciting bids for the installation of roof anti-climb fences at Gordon A. Brown MS, located at 2800 St Clair Avenue East, Toronto. This stipulated price contract involves the supply and installation of fencing at Roof B3 near Exit B/C and Roof A4 near Exit C/C, including associated rough carpentry, air seals, and the use of cold applied materials. The project must be substantially completed by December 31, 2026, with the successful contractor required to submit a project schedule immediately upon award. Non-destructive work may occur during regular hours, while work affecting school operations must be performed after hours or on weekends. Bidders must comply with the Buy Ontario Act 2025, submitting a Buy Ontario Questionnaire and a Domestic Supply Chain Plan, with a 10% evaluation advantage granted to those with the highest proportion of Ontario or Canadian content.
