Insurance Broker for Autoplan and Garage Policies

The City of Prince George is seeking a qualified insurance broker under solicitation P26-110 to manage ICBC Autoplan and Garage policies for its large and dynamic fleet. The scope of work includes managing various assets, such as emergency vehicles, light commercial and private passenger business use units, and garage policies for parkades and the RCMP post. The selected supplier will act as the city's advocate in claims matters with ICBC adjusters to ensure fair and timely resolutions. The city prefers a team featuring at least three agents with Level 2 Insurance Licenses. Awarded contractors must maintain significant insurance coverage, including 10 million dollars in Commercial General Liability and 2 million dollars each for Professional and Cyber Liability. Payments will be made within 30 days of a proper invoice, and the city will provide a Ghost Procurement Card for the payment of insurances and registrations.
