Full Description

The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the US Center for Army Analysis (USCAA), intends to award a sole source purchase order to Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., (ESRI, INC), Vienna, Virginia. The contractor shall make available the following: (1) ARC202 AG SRVR ENT STD INSTALL SVC (1) ArcGIS Image Server 9.3 Installation Package (1) ArcGIS Image Server Up to Four Cores License (1)ARCGIS SERVER 9.3 ENTERPRISE FOR WINDOWS INSTALLATION PACKAGE. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the required services with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a) (ii) (B). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. However, the Government will consider all capability statements received by 10:00 A.M., 19 March 2009. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantage by the Government in future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
