Intent to Single Source- Advanced Hydration System Tree Mats (TreeDiapers)

The City of Tampa Parks and Recreation department has issued an Intent to Single Source solicitation, number 26-X-01868, for the procurement of Advanced Hydration System Tree Mats, also known as TreeDiapers. These specialized mats are designed to provide consistent watering during the first year of tree establishment by absorbing rainwater and slowly releasing it as the soil dries. This system is intended to reduce the need for daily manual watering by residents, lower costs, and provide a stable water source during droughts or periods of watering restrictions. To be eligible for this procurement, prospective bidders must be authorized manufacturer distributors or dealers.
