Full Description

The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with UpToDate, Inc., 34 Washington St, Wellesley, MA 02481 for Subscription and License internet on-site access to current clinical information provided for VISN 11 site(s): VA Ann Arbor, VA Battle Creek, VA Danville, VA Detroit, VA Indianapolis, VA Northern Indiana and VA Saginaw. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and the Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes but responses received on or before February 27, 2004 will be evaluated. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Information should be submitted to the Richard L.
