This project is to replace the existing OOS pre-action system for room 138. The area can be protected by a wet-pipe sprinkler system instead of pre-action. This has been approved by the WNY FPE's Office. Replace the pre-action valve and all trim and any sprinkler heads required. Verify system holds air pressure before filling with water. System must have a control valve and waterflow that must be connected to base building fire alarm system.
