Should any solicitation be issued as a result of this Sources Sought Notice, the anticipated Period of Performance will be one 12 month Base Year and two 12 month Option Years. The Government is seeking Small Business and 8a Businesses to determine set aside potential. NAICS Code: 811212 Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance Government Owned Copier Information: Brand: Konica Minolta Quantity: 2 Model: BIZHub C552 Serial #'s: A0P1012000504 - ID# 93208347 A0P1012000464 - ID# 93208220 Requirement: Cost Per Copy Annual maintenance to include labor, parts, drums, toner, staples and supplies (excludes paper) for each copier. The Government's preference is for the following monthly Black/White and Color volume output with ability for overages. However, vendors may provide input on service plans available which most closely meets these Cost Per Copy Requirements. Vendors are requested but not required to provide pricing data sheets for the following anticipated monthly volume outputs: Monthly B/W volume 7,200, overage $ XX per copy, per copier.
