Full Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 11, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Zaiga Technologies, Inc. of Shell Beach, CA for the service of RCMS software maintenance and updates, NAICS 541511 applies; the small business size standard is $27.5 million. The Contractor shall provide maintenance and updates to the existing RCMS software for the Research Department at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 for a period of the date of award for twelve (12) months with three (3) one (1) year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm on February 24, 2015.
