The Facilities Management Service (FMS) requires Preventive Maintenance Services for the Catalytic System at the Generator Farm at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System.
The BPA holder shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items, and non-personal services necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance services to TRIM-NOX SCR Catalytic System at VACHS as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Respondents must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
