THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY
The VHA Government intends to set-aside this requirement for SDVOSB. However, the Government is interested in other potential sources that can provide the required product and/or services. Interested parties are encouraged to respond to this source sought notice announcement.
The purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (HUBZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 811310 and PSC J059. The Government is conducting market research to determine potential sources having the skills, capabilities, and experience to perform the described work. Responses to this SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUCEMENT will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, a solicitation announcement may be published on Contract Opportunities (Sam.gov) or other Electronic Governmentwide Point of Entry (EGPE). Responses to this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE are not considered adequate responses to any potential solicitation announcement.
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ANNOUCEMENT ONLY and is NOT a request for proposals or quotes. Information received as a result of this sources sought notice will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of information or any other costs incurred as a response to this SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE ANNOUNCEMENT.
Respondents will NOT be notified of the results or the Government s determination on whether to conduct a competitive procurement and/or set-aside to limit competition among any specific socio-economic category.
