The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole-Source contract to Surgical Science / Simbionix USA Corp / Mimic Technologies, Inc. The Richmond Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) has a request for Surgical Science / Simbionix USA Corp / Mimic Technologies, for Software Update and Annual Services. The justification for this non-competitive solicitation is due to Surgical Science / Simbionix USA Corp / Mimic Technologies, Inc, being the sole supplier of requested service to the VA Hospital and Health Care Center. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611710 Educational Support Services with $24.0 million. The Sole source service is: Endo suite S/N ES 058-01-22 and Ultrasound mentor S/N US 037-02-18.
