The Department of National Defence is procuring three Keysight M9484C Vector Signal Generators, configured with specific options and identified by part number M9484C-001-506-600-ST6-1EA-UNT-B1X-8SG/N7608APPC/Y1257A and MMR M9484C-001-506-600-ST6-1EA-:7ZXR5, under solicitation W8486-270894/A, issued against the pre-existing Supply Arrangement series E60HN-16ELEC. Only suppliers already holding this specific supply arrangement are eligible to bid, and submissions must comply with stringent technical and administrative requirements outlined in Annex G for mandatory criteria, Annex A for scope, and Annex B for payment terms. Each unit must be accompanied by a calibration certificate dated within 90 days of delivery, and vendors must disclose the full serial number of each unit prior to shipment.
