NYS OPWDD- Staten Island DDSO intends to procure a kitchen renovation and drain line repair (per the attached scope of work) pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority. Please be advised, attendance at a site visit is mandatory prior to submitting a quote. If your company would like to be considered for this project, please review the attached scope of work and any supporting documents. When submitting your quote, include the attached quote proposal form and a detailed cost breakdown showing the materials (detailed breakdown of materials required) and/or equipment costs and labor costs in accordance with the project specifications and prevailing wages. A cost breakdown form is provided for you (see documents tab). REMINDERS: This is a NYS Public Works Project and Prevailing Wages MUST be paid.
