This Combined Synopsis & Solicitation (Combo) Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items and services is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Combo RFQ constitutes the only solicitation and is for the purchase of Lodging and Meals for B Co, 834 ASB, in support of their annual training. See the attached Combo RFQ and the Statement of Work (SOW) for full details and requirements.

AMEND 1 –

This Amendment 2 is to increase the number of meals and hotel rooms, and to extend the closing date to Tuesday, 28 April 2026 at 1:00pm CDT. See attached updated Combo v3 and SOW v3.


AMEND 3 –


This Amendment 3 is to attach the correct updated Combo “v3b” containing the updated hotel rooms and meal count requirements in line with the updated SOW v3.
