The LOGCAP VI Small Business Suite Request for Information (RFI) is a targeted market research effort aimed at shaping the follow-on LOGCAP VI Small Business Suite, which is intended to transition certain logistics requirements currently performed under the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) contract. This RFI is distinct from other components of the LOGCAP VI program and is solely for information gathering, not a solicitation for contract award or payment. The Department of Defense, through its office in Rock Island, Illinois, is seeking input exclusively from small businesses to inform the development and structuring of this suite. Responses to the RFI must be submitted by May 1, 2026, via specified email addresses, and capability statements will not be accepted. The initiative reflects a broader strategic direction to consolidate major logistics contracts under LOGCAP VI into separate contract vehicles for large and small businesses, thereby promoting targeted opportunities for small business participation. While current industry engagements primarily focus on the large business components, future communications and engagements will address the small business markets. This phased, segmented approach is designed to streamline contract performance and leverage the strengths of both business categories while supporting the Army's global logistics capabilities. The NAICS code for this opportunity is 561210, and the solicitation number is PANROC-P-0000-025256. Participants are advised to review the attached Small Business Suite RFI document for detailed questions and instructions to ensure compliant and useful submissions.
