Parking Attendant and Shuttle Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the 246-NETWORK Contracting Office 6, is conducting market research for parking attendant and shuttle services under NAICS code 812930, with a size standard of $41.5 million and a Product Service Code of M1LZ. This notice is a sources-sought solicitation, not a formal request for proposals, quotes, or bids, and no solicitation document currently exists. Services are required at three VA medical facilities: the Fayetteville VA Medical Center at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301; the Fayetteville Health Care Center at 7300 South Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC 28304; and the Wilmington Health Care Center at 1705 Gardner Road, Wilmington, NC 28405. The contractor must provide parking attendant services including issuing parking claim checks, securing and retrieving vehicles, and directing valet traffic, as well as operate two owned and maintained shuttle carts continuously during normal business hours at the Fayetteville Health Care Center to transport approximately 170 patient vehicles daily. The anticipated contract would have a base period with three one-year option periods, though no pricing, deliverables schedule, or evaluation criteria are included in this notice. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and provide their company name, Unique Entity Identifier, point of contact, business size, socioeconomic status such as SDVOSB or VOSB, and a capabilities statement.
