REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: The Nebraska Army National Guard (NEARNG) is seeking information on a commercial all-inclusive, full solution automated mailing system capable of shipping USPS, FEDX, and UPS utilizing information technology equipment and software. Minimal hands-on support for taping, weighing and sealing. Fully automatic system capable of tracking mail, packages, accounts, best value shipping methods and maintenance alerts. Timely maintenance after first call. Proposed acquisition will be a total small business set-aside. RFI Submittal: This RFI is seeking written responses with information to assist the NEARNG of commercial entities offering a comprehensive mailing system. The contractor will provide a one page white paper and/or descriptive literature of mailing system. White paper will include 1), a limited discussion of mail system, 2) is the mailing system being used by other government (Federal, State or Local) organizations (if so, who), and 3) company name, company address, point of contact, telephone number, e-mail Address, and size of your organization (i.e. Large Business, Small Business). QUESTIONS: Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Contracting Officer, Randall.l.hansen.civ@mail.mil. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted.
