The Office of Policy, Planning, and Resources for Public Diplomacy (R/PPR) is seeking information from qualified technology providers regarding solutions for secure web browsing that protect IT infrastructure and manages online signatures. The Department is interested in solutions that enhance its ability to access information sources and websites in the course of open-source research without exposing our networks to malicious cyber activity, and while ensuring compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations. Must be FedRamp compliant.


The full list of current requirements for the SaaS is attached. This is a Request for Information only and does not constitute the promise of a future solicitation. The Government will not accept proposals in response to this RFI.
